The English Rose that is Emma Watson has been blowing up social media lately for her wonderfully executed He for She campaign speech. We here at LGC HQ bow down and appreciate all that she is doing to help everyone achieve gender equality.

Not only is she a bad ass feminist but she also graduated from Brown University with a degree in English Literature!
It's no wonder this book worm was chosen to play the intelligent heroine and role model to a generation Hermione Granger.
She is Burberry's muse and sought after by all the top fashion designer to wear their frocks at all and any occasion.
She is currently dating Oxford University rugby player Matt Janey (we knew she had good taste in men- gotta love a rugby boy), can we just say super adorbz together!
Well done Emma for being just the ultimate, lovely lovely girl you are!

Arena auditions are now over and it's time to head to BOOTCAMP this week. Here's how the last weekend of auditions went down.

Here's what TLGC are listening to to get pumped for the weekend! 

The new and possibly last series of Bad Education returned to our screens on tuesday night. If you haven't watched the show yet you should probably get on to that asap, there are only 14 episodes so far and every one of them is guaranteed to have you laughing! 

This weekend saw the first round of arena auditions where it separated the men from the boys (and ladies from the girls). Lets find out what went down!

Guardian of the Galaxy Chris Pratt got a lot of extra attention when he shed a few pounds for his role in  the new Marvel movie. He buffed up big time but there is so much more to love than his body.

He's been in the industry for quite some time, but we would say our love for him started in 2009 when he burst onto our screens as the lovable Andy Dwyer (Parks and Recreation).

But did you know he was also in a few episodes of one of the greatest TV shows of our teenagehood, THE OC! 

Not only is he a talented and hilarious actor, he whips our ass at french braiding, he's a genuinely nice guy, he's married and has a son with the equally hilarious Anna Faris making him a DILF,  he is also musically talented!

Here are 28 more reasons to love your new man crush Chris Pratt.

A little pudgy or ripped, we love Chris any way! We can't wait to see him in Jurassic World next year!

California girls really are undeniable!
Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson or Katy Perry to her fans has this weeks honour of being our woman crush wednesday. This was no easy feat to decide, after many thoughts and deliberations it was only fair to give this crown to the Ultimate Shade Queen of 2014.
Not only does she kiss girls and like it, but she can make us feel like we're living a teenage dream! Her sass meter is off the charts but still maintains her girl next door charm.
Her style is one to be desired, whether she's wearing a cupcake crop top with jewelled denim shorts, dressed as a killer queen or even when she's dressed casual.
She's a natural comedian, kind, knows how to have a good time and someone who would fit right in in LGC HQ (we'll always leave a spot open for ya)!
Her constant change of hair colour gives us all hair envy.
Don't ever change Katy, we wouldn't want you any other way!

We're still trying to recover from yesterdays events, nothing like new music and trailers to start our week off right! 

First up, The Vamps released their brand new video for 'Oh Cecilia'. This is one of our favourite songs by the boys! We don't see why they needed to re-release the song with Shawn Mendes (or their last single with Demi Lovato) we're not fans of his parts in the song at all! He actually kind of ruined it for us but we still love the boys so all's forgiven. Check the new video out if you're into good looking guys who are stuck on an island.

American Horror Story is back! AHS is one of our favourite TV shows and we've been looking forward to it ever since we saw this brilliant fan made trailer ! The official trailer below doesn't give too much away (besides the fact that it's a freakshow!) but if you do some investigating online the plot is out there if you can't wait another month for the premiere. Based on the trailer we're thinking Evan Peters character is going to give us the creeps the most with his claw hands!

The countdown is on to 'American Horror Story: Freak Show' October 8th and 'Four' November 17th!

The return of the X Factor last week saw the show earn it's highest ratings in two years, with auditions from the good, the bad, and the downright weird! The talent this week proved that this years competition is going to be the toughest one yet!

Wishlist Wednesday is upon us!

This is a magical time in the week where we pick 3 things our hearts desire the most, ranging from the latest piece of technology all the way down to getting that dream nail polish you can't find anywhere!

So to start off first here's Sophie's list for the week!

 It's that time of year again where the British nations favourite talent show is back on our screens! You either love or you hate it but there's no denying that it provides entertainment on a Saturday & Sunday night (and is the unofficial countdown to Christmas over in the UK). This year sees the return of Simon Cowell and Britain's sweetheart Cheryl Cole, joined by Scary Spice Mel B and the loveable Louis Walsh. As fans of the show we thought we would do a weekly insight of our opinions each week. 

Here's our rundown of the the weekends shows...

Harry Styles...how do we begin to explain Harry Styles.

Harry Styles is flawless.

We hear his hair's insured for $10,000

We hear he does car commercials...in Japan.

His favorite movie might be Varsity Blues.

We can't be sure that he's met John Stamos on a plane...

But if he did, he would tell him he was pretty.

And he would never punch anyone in the face, because he's the sweetest kid in the industry.

Harry Styles is what we consider one in million.

He's stolen the hearts of millions of girls around the world with his cheeky dimpled smile and those amazing curly locks.

Since bursting onto our screens four years ago he's achieved a tremendous amount of success with One Direction. The type of success that would drive us crazy. Long hectic schedules, chaos almost every time he goes out, getting recognized everywhere...the list goes on. But during all this time Harry has kept humble and kind to everyone. That baby face is so adorable it makes any girl go weak at the knees. Oh, and we can't forget the yellow shorts era!

Welcome to The Lost Girls Club!

The Lost Girls Club is the brainchild of two best friends Sophie and Krizia. The name comes from their love of Peter Pan and the pondering of why there was a lack of Lost Girls in his merry band of boys, and so it was decreed that they decided they would unofficially become Lost Girls. 

Blogging is a slightly new territory for the girls but one they accept with open arms and they already have some amazing weekly and monthly features lined up for all their fellow Lost Girls (and boys) along with other wonderful posts that range from beauty tips, music, lifestyle and their take on fashion.

They are always on the lookout for more Lost Girls to join our club, and they hope you enjoy our little space on the interwebs!
